Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy At House of Karma, we are dedicated to delivering impactful and creative solutions for your brand. To ensure we provide the attention and quality you deserve, we have established the following booking policy for our consultation services: • Booking Fee: A non-refundable $100 deposit is required to secure your consultation time slot. This deposit confirms your appointment and demonstrates a mutual commitment to our scheduled time. • Deposit Application: The $100 deposit will be credited toward any services you choose to proceed with after the consultation, ensuring your investment is put to good use. • Consultation Details: Your initial consultation is 1 hour long. During this time, we will discuss your brand, brainstorm ideas, and explore creative and strategic solutions tailored to your needs. • Proposal & Scope of Work: Within 1-3 business days following the consultation, you will receive a detailed proposal outlining the project scope, deliverables, and next steps. • Our Commitment: As a small but mighty team, our time is valuable, and we strive to make every interaction meaningful.
