This form is required to initiate design services as outlined in the invoice/proposal sent to you. Completing this deposit ensures your project is added to our workflow, and we’re excited to bring your vision to life.

• Do you have a domain and hosting already?

• Would you like recommendations for hosting and domain providers?

Ongoing Website Maintenance

Website maintenance is an ongoing process, and a minimum 2-month plan ensures stability while we handle updates, security, and performance monitoring. This period allows us to identify and resolve any issues, optimize functionality, and keep your site running smoothly.


After the initial term, you’ll have the flexibility to extend or cancel based on your needs. Longer commitments come with discounted rates for continued support!

The price of each maintenance package depends on the complexity of the website, including whether it’s e-commerce, the number of products, promotions, and additional updates needed. Pricing will be discussed and agreed upon prior to commitment, ensuring transparency.


No payment is required until the beginning of the first month of service.

The price is as determined in your invoice, based on your website’s specific needs. We offer discounted rates for extended commitments, ensuring the best value for long-term maintenance plans.

Agreement & Consent to Begin Web Design Services

Please enter the deposit amount as outlined in your invoice and proposal. This deposit is required to begin the web design process and secure your project in our workflow.

A deposit is required to begin design services. The remaining balance will be structured according to the proposed payment plan outlined in the invoice. Work will commence once the deposit is received, and all payments must be completed as per the agreed terms.


If you have any questions regarding the payment amount or terms, please refer to your invoice or contact us before proceeding.

By submitting this questionnaire, you confirm that the information provided accurately reflects your design preferences, functionality needs, and overall project requirements. This serves as the foundation for the web design process, and you agree to proceed with the development of your website based on these details.


Once the deposit is paid and work is initiated, it is non-refundable. However, at our discretion, we may offer a partial refund depending on the reason for cancellation. In such cases, any completed work will be billed at $150 per hour, and the amount will be deducted from the deposit before issuing any refund.

By signing below, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the terms outlined in the proposal, invoice, and agreement. This signature confirms your consent to proceed with the project under the specified terms, including payment, timelines, and scope of work.
